Welcome to Electromechanical Engineering Technology

The electromechanical curriculum provides a solid techincal base in engineering science fundamentals and provides competency in motion mechanics, solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, electrical systems, electronics and computer programming. The advance level curriculum focuses on automation and data systems, with design and control, quality and management systems, product design, and support, and industrial/business telecommunications systems.

The Electromechanical Engineering Technology (EMT) program was specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of world class automated manufacturing and process industries. The program introduces and develops proficiency in:

  • Automation Solutions
  • Quality Systems and Data Acquisition
  • Industrial Data and Control Networks
  • Product and Systems Management
  • Technical and Quality Documentation
  • Customer and Product Service
