Relationship Between Strategic Planning and Assessment MSU utilizes a Strategic Planning process which is decision-focused, information based, ongoing, structured, and participatory. Strategic Planning is designed to produce fundamental decisions and coordinate actions to guide the institution with a focus on the future.
