Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for New Science Complex

Groundbreaking ceremonies were held at the site of the new Science Building Complex just behind the construction for the new Education Building.
Dr. Kern Alexander spoke of the university branching out, literally, in a new direction with the campus stretching west toward the Hamilton Soccer Fields at the end of Hamilton Avenue. The complex will eventually consist of four buildings connected at a central hub. Occupants of the complex will include the departments of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics & Engineering.
