The PIN System
- Access
your information in the comfort of your own home or visit a lab
on campus. PIN, which stands for
Personal Information Network, provides access to the first phase
of a multi-process web-based platform which is our on-line student
information system. Students can view and screen print their own
class schedule, semester grade reports, account information, and
request an enrollment verification letter. They can also view
their current file information including: area/major/minor,
advisor, current address, etc.
Note: End of semester grade reports are available
to a student only if they do not have an outstanding account
balance.
Accessing PIN
- The On-line
Student System is designed for Netscape and Internet Explorer
browsers version 4.0 and higher.
- Simply point your
Internet browser to www.murraystate.edu.

PIN Help
- To access the
student system, you will need your Social Security Number and
Personal Information Number (PIN).
- Student ID is
you Social Security Number.
- Your initial PIN
is the 6-digit month, day, and year of your birth in 'mmddyy'
format.
- A first-time visitor
will be required upon entering the system to change their PIN to a
5-digit numerical PIN.
Lost or Forgotten
PIN Number
- In
the event of losing or forgetting your PIN, it can be reset to the
original 6-digit number if you visit the
Registrar's office on the 1st floor of Sparks Hall during regular office
hours and present a photo ID.
- Faxed
or mailed requests must include your social security number, your
signature, and a copy of a photo ID. Fax a request to (270) 809-3050.
