1. What happens if I
hang up?
If you hang up, your
classes will not be saved and you would have to register again.
You must wait until you hear the message "you are now scheduled
for ..." to save your classes.

do I do if I entered the wrong entry number?
You must continue with
the phone call. When you are done registering, drop the wrong entry
number and add the correct one. Be sure to stay on the line until the
changes are saved.

happens if my time runs out?
If time runs out, any
classes that you have registered for will be saved.

4. When
do I receive a bill and when is payment due?
Refer to the University
Calendar
for dates when bills will be mailed. The payment due date will be
printed on your bill.

if I change my mind on any of the billing questions?
RACER-TOUCH
only allows you to enter these responses once per term. If you need to
make changes to your meal plan, contact the Food Services Office at
(270) 809-4600. If you need to make changes regarding a parking permit
or a yearbook, contact the Bursar’s Office at (270) 809-4227.

6. What
if one of my classes is closed?
You must have a Permission
Form
approved with full signatures of the student’s advisor and the
chairman of the department of the course to add a closed class to your
schedule. This form must be brought to the Registration Office, 1st
Floor, Sparks Hall, for processing before the deadline
to add.
