| After the end of each year of high school in which you earn a KEES award, you will receive an award notice from KHEAA with your award amount; however, you can use the table below to estimate you KEES award. If you received a KEES award for your sophomore and junior years, enter your final GPAs and the corresponding award amounts on the appropriate lines. For your senior year, write down on the appropriate line what you think your GPA and highest ACT score will be before you graduate. Find the corresponding award amounts in the "KEES Award Amounts" table at right, and enter these in the "Amount" column below. By totaling the "Amount" column, you will get an estimate of your total award to help you pay for each year of postsecondary school. You can also access current information about your KEES award online after the end of each school year at www.kheaa.com. Enter your Social Security number and birth date to sign on. If no record is found for your Social Security number, you may not be eligible for a KEES award or your student information to the Kentucky Department of Education; check with your high school counselor for more information. For Non-traditional students, a 250 word essay explaining your break in studies and financial circumstances is required. KEES AWARD Amount
Since awards are generally renewable for up to four years if you enroll full-time and maintain eligibility, your total estimated award amount for all four years would be four times this amount.
