About Us
Upward Bound is a program of opportunity; the opportunity to better one’s quality of life through educational attainment. Upward Bound offers tutoring, up to 9 hours of college credit, ACT test prep, financial aid counseling, educational and cultural trips, and much more! Upward Bound is a TRIO program funded by the United States Department of Education. It is located within the division of Student Affairs at Murray State University. Kudos & Congrats

A big shout out to our UB Scholars Bowl team for placing 3rd overall in the state competition at WKU. And another shout out to Natasha Moreland for qualifying for the regional competition in Atlanta!

Congrats to Hannah Robbins for her 1st place finish in extemporaneous public speaking for FFA chapter, and the placing 3rd in the state!

Kudos to Stephanie Thorpe for her 2nd place finish at the DECA competition at MSU.
