Family Weekend

Rita Hazelbaker was recognized as Richmond's 2007 Outstanding Parent at our Family Weekend Reception. Ms. Hazelbaker was nominated by her daughter, Kathleen Taylor.

Richmond Idol

Congratulations to Nicole Ray, our 2007 Richmond Idol! Kathleen Taylor, Allie Valenzuela, and Jason Gregory also pleased our audience and judging panel in the Richmond final competition on October 3. Nicole will represent Richmond College in the MSU Idol contest in Lovett Auditorium on October 17.

Academic Tournament

Congratulations to the Richmond Academic Team, which won the Residential College Academic Tournament on March 1!

The Richmond team, which included Captain Joey Connors, Angie Burris, Aaron Carpenter, Jason Gregory, and Blake Stricklin swept the tournament with five victories and no losses, beating the undefeated Springer-Franklin team in the final match!
