Murray State awards a number of non-need-based scholarships each year to qualified, currently enrolled students, transfer students, and graduate students. New applications with qualifications and restrictions are made available each year. Most scholarships, including department, alumni, and foundation awards, are listed on an application available in the scholarship office. The deadline for filing is February 1 of each year. Applications are made available after November 1 of each year. The Office of University Scholarships also serves as a resource area for off-campus awards. There are over two billion dollars in scholarships and related programs available nationwide each year. Appointments should be made to use available computer services and resources to identify outside awards.
