The Women’s Center at Murray State University opened its doors in 1992. The Women’s Center is a place for all women and those interested in issues relevant to women. The Center offers a resource library that can prove beneficial when researching women’s issues or when seeking help for self or others. The Center is also a place for a wide variety of individuals to meet, learn, and get involved . We are dedicated to the support, education, and personal growth of all women. Our purpose is to assist women in facing the new challenges, opportunities, and demands which are encountered in today’s ever changing society.

We welcome students, faculty, and staff who are interested in issues relevant to women. We encourage you to make use of our services and if you have any ideas or suggestions please share them with us.

Our doors are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

We are located on the second floor of Ordway Hall, Suite 201, next to the Waterfield Library.
