The NPHC Open House will be a formal event where each National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) chapter sets up display tables and have small presentations to educate non-Greek students on the goals and values of their organizations. This will be a perfect opportunity for students to learn about each chapter in the NPHC. Non-Greek students will also have time for individual conversations with NPHC chapters to ask specific questions.

Racer One Stop

In-person Racer One Stop is in the Curris Center Small Ballroom on the 3rd floor.

Be prepared to show a photo id or answer your security question given on your Consent to Release Student Information form.

Racer One Stop Schedule

Staff will be available in the Curris Center to provide information and answers on:

NOTE: Student Financial Services and Office of the Registrar offices in Sparks Hall will be closed to walk-up traffic during Racer One Stop from August 10 to 22.

Virtual Racer One Stop

Best option for students with more specific questions and who want to meet one-on-one with university staff without visiting campus buildings. Virtual Racer One Stop offers scheduled Zoom sessions for you to meet privately with various offices to help you with all your “Semester Start-up” questions. Be prepared to show a photo id or answer your security question given on your Consent to Release Student Information form. Chromebooks are not compatible; please use another computer, tablet or phone. There will be information on billing/bursar, financial aid, registration, and scholarships.

Service Desk

Contact the Service Desk for technical issues like logging in to MyGate and RacerMail. For assistance, please call 270.809.2346. Normal operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Special Hours

August 18 — 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. for assistance connecting devices to the residential networks.

University Store

Located on the second floor of the Curris Center. The University Store carries textbooks, reference books, and all of your Racer gear.
