Biography

Ikhee Cho is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Murray State University. He teaches on various topics on Public Administration including Public Organizations, Human Resource Management in the public/nonprofit sector, Public Management, Public Policy, and Research Methods. In addition to his teaching interests, his research focuses on bureaucracy and public management within political institutions. He also researches bureaucratic representation in education policy by utilizing administrative data from school districts and state and local governments. 

Dr. Cho received his Ph.D. in Public Affairs from the University of Missouri. His dissertation is entitled "Essays on Bureaucratic Representation in Schools." Dr. Cho also received his MPA from the Seoul National University, Republic of Korea, with an emphasis in Public Policy.
