"Tyler and I met at Murray State in the Spring of 2015 at the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity house. We became fast friends and held on to that close friendship for a number of years. Over those years we would go to concerts, spend time on the lake with the rest of our friends, going to my sorority functions together, and hang out at the Alpha Gamma Rho house. The funny thing is I had always told my friends that I wanted to marry a guy like Tyler and apparently he was telling his friends the same thing about me! Going into our final semester at Murray State we decided to give a relationship together a go. Our engagement happened in true fraternity fashion, on the beach with all of his brothers who also were like family to me! We have been together since September 2017, engaged since October 2018, and married since September 2019. And this past year we welcomed our son to the family and made the move to Fancy Farm, KY. We have plans to build a home back in Murray, KY as the town and Murray State have really become our home and is where we want to be! Tyler currently works as a QA Software Automation Engineer for Ag Connections/Syngenta Digital in Murray, KY and I am currently pursuing my third degree from Murray State while working full time as an Accounting Specialist - Accounts Payable for Hutson Inc in Murray, KY. Murray and Murray State hold a strong place in our hearts and have become a true home for us as it is the place that draws us and the life-long friends we have made, back to it year after year."
