My favorite place on campus: Wow, if I only could choose one, I would choose the Quad. I love just walking around that side of campus.

My favorite thing to do off-campus: Attend an athletic event or stop in at one of the many local eateries!

Advice for future Racers: Come visit campus so you can get a glimpse of all the great things taking place on campus. From the new facilities to outstanding academic programs to a vibrant student life—there is something here for you. I would love to take some time and introduce you to the "finest place we know."

My favorite thing about Murray State: The family atmosphere that’s found on campus. That and the ice cream in the dining hall!

My favorite place on campus: The Wellness Center. It’s a great place to meet other students while getting into shape.

My favorite thing to do off-campus: Play the amazing golf courses in the area.

Advice for future Racers: Be active and get involved. There are so many chances to try new things and meet new people. Take advantage of them!

My favorite thing to do off-campus: Watch movies at Cheri Theatre or hang out with my friends and get Dairy Queen when it’s open.

Advice for future Racers: Come into college with an open mind, ready for new adventures and ready to do things outside of your comfort zone.

My favorite thing about Murray State: I love MSU's Homecoming Parade! It's something I went to every year growing up and it was even more special to get to be in the parade as a student.

My favorite place on campus: The Quad! This is where my husband and I spent a part of our first date, and where he proposed 1 year later!

My favorite thing to do off-campus: You can usually find my family chasing a ball ... golf, volleyball, basketball!

Advice for future Racers: When you arrive on campus, get involved! Make the most of every moment ... make new friends, build relationships with your professors, get involved in whatever you are passionate about and embrace all that Murray State has to offer!

My favorite thing about Murray State: My favorite thing about Murray State are the people that make up this great university. There are so many driven and amazing people that make this university so great. You can feel the culture of the university the second you step on campus and start to build those relationships!

My favorite place on campus: My favorite place on campus would be either the Wellness Center or Chick-fil-a. I love playing basketball and working out at our newly renovated wellness center that has so many great features! I had to make sure I included Chick-fil-a because that is my favorite restaurant of all time.

My favorite thing to do off-campus: My favorite things to do include spending time with my wife, which would include us playing pickleball, going on a walk around town, or going out to eat at a local restaurant. I also spend time hanging out with friends and spending time with our church community!

Advice for future Racers: My advice for Future Racers would be simple. You have to learn to get outside of your comfort zone and your box that you have been accustomed to being in. Go meet someone new. Go do something you haven’t done before. College is all about the people you meet and the memories you make. I grew so much from the time I stepped foot onto campus until now. The city of Murray is a very safe town and it is such a great place to explore with some friends!
