Racer Academy Calendar

Fall 2026

August 18 - Classes begin.

August 20 - Last day to drop a course with no tuition due. Tuition will be due for courses dropped after this date. See the Tuition Due table below.

August 24 - Last day to add a course. Last day to drop a course without a transcript notation. 

October 8-9 - Fall Break.

August 24 - November 19 - Students who drop a course during this period will receive a "W" (Withdrawal) on their college transcript. A "W" does not affect a student's GPA. After November 19, students receive the permanent letter grade earned in the course.

November 25-27 - Thanksgiving.

December 1 - Last day to submit a Registration Request form for a Spring 2027 course.

December 4 - End of Fall 2026 semester. (Finals are December 5-11.)

 

Fall 2026 Tuition Due for Dropped Course

Racer Academy tuition is $99 per credit hour. If a student drops a course, the amount owed depends on the date the course is dropped.

If a Course is Dropped... Tuition Owed
April 6 – August 20, 2026 Nothing owed (100% refunded)
August 21 – 27, 2026 20% owed (80% refunded)
August 28 – September 15, 2026 50% owed (50% refunded)
September 16 – December 11, 2026 100% owed (no refund)

Spring 2027

January 12 - Classes begin on Tuesday. 

January 18 - Holiday. No courses. 

January 19 - Last day to drop a course with no notation on transcript. Last day to add a course or change schedule.

January 19 - April 16 - Students who drop a course during this period will receive a "W" (Withdrawal) on their college transcript. A "W" does not affect a student's GPA. After April 16, students receive the permanent letter grade earned in the course.

March 15-19 - Spring Break.

April 30 - End of Spring 2027 semester. (Finals are May 1-7.)

May 1 - Last day to submit a Registration Request form for a Fall 2027 course.
