Admission for upcoming fall semester and academic year is open

MURRAY, Ky. — Admission for the upcoming fall 2026 semester and 2026-27 academic year at Murray State University remains open as future Racers can apply today at admissions.murraystate.edu as the fall semester begins on Aug. 18.

Students interested in joining the Racer family can learn more and schedule a campus visit by calling the office of recruitment at 270-809-2896 or emailing msu.recruitment@murraystate.edu.

Racer Nation Orientation, Murray State's mandatory summer orientation program for all incoming freshman and new transfer students, has one remaining date of Aug. 4. Additional information and registration details are available at murraystate.edu/orientation. 

Academic programs ranging from agriculture, business and music to cybersecurity, healthcare and education are offered. 

Individuals can also visit murraystate.edu/referaracer to refer a high school, transfer or graduate student to receive more information about Murray State.
