Murray State University to host Racer Day event on November 18

Murray State University will host a Racer Day event on Saturday, Nov. 18 beginning at 8:30 a.m.

 

Geared toward prospective students and families, event will provide helpful information from recruitment and admissions staff, financial aid, scholarships, housing and more

 

MURRAY, Ky. – Murray State University will host a Racer Day event on Saturday, Nov. 18 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Geared toward prospective students and families, the open-house style event will provide helpful information through sessions with recruitment and admissions staff, financial aid and scholarships, housing and more. Attendees can also attend a session with their academic area of interest and take a tour of campus. 

Students will have the opportunity to complete the on-site admission process and are encouraged to bring their official transcript and test scores.

Admission for the 2024-25 academic year at Murray State University is open as future Racers can apply today at admissions.murraystate.edu. Students interested in joining the Racer family can also learn more as well as schedule a campus visit by calling the office of recruitment at 270-809-2896 or emailing msu.recruitment@murraystate.edu.

This fall’s freshman class is the largest in Murray State history, while this fall’s overall enrollment is the largest since 2017.
