Students encouraged to register for Summer 2026 courses

MURRAY, Ky. — Summer course registration is underway at Murray State University for students. A variety of online courses are available this summer, ranging from short two-week sessions to ten-week sessions. Students can get ahead and stay ahead in their graduation requirements while reducing their workload for future semesters.
Students can enjoy the convenience of completing classes from the comfort of home as well.
Students can register for summer courses via their myGate account and speak with their academic advisor for assistance with determining which class or classes may be options for them to consider this summer.
Based on enrollment data as of June 11, Murray State is experiencing an increase in the number of students who are enrolling in summer courses, as well as a 3% increase in credit hours compared with Summer 2025 and a 11% increase in credit hours compared with Summer 2024.
