Staff Surveys
The Staff Perspective Survey is administered annually to full-time and part-time Murray State University staff members to gather feedback on working conditions, benefits, and university administration. Results are reviewed by Staff Congress to establish goals, shape priorities, and provide recommendations to university leadership. Additionally, the Staff Congress Executive Committee presents these survey findings directly to the Board of Regents.
