This internal training is part of a continuous effort, focusing on assessment fundamentals and key assessment elements. The purpose is to enhance assessment planning and reporting quality. No prior knowledge or experience in assessment is required. The training itself is designed to prepare and support academic programs and support/administrative units as they explore and refine fundamental assessment practices.

The IALS is an initiative designed to help MSU faculty and staff learn practical methods and strategies for successfully navigating their assessment journey. This learning series provides a collaborative space to explore effective assessment practices, enhance student learning outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
