Graphic Design
Graphic design is all about using visual elements to communicate ideas, messages, or information. It's a creative process that combines art and technology to craft everything from logos and posters to websites and packaging. Whether you're designing a sleek logo for a company, creating an eye-catching ad, designing a video game, or developing a user-friendly app, graphic design is key to making those ideas look great and easy to understand.
Murray State’s BFA in Art/Graphic Design Track is the most comprehensive path for students pursuing careers in the design industry or graduate study. Students can also emphasize in Graphic Design while earning a BFA or BA/BS with a Studio Art Track to integrate design into a broader fine art practice or a BFA or BA/BS with an Art Education Track to integrate design into their teaching and personal creative work.
