Our accomplished faculty will guide you through a progression of courses that blend technical skill-building with conceptual development. You will begin by honing your ability to see and translate the world around you through observational drawing and painting. As you advance, you’ll explore diverse materials and techniques—including oil painting, figure drawing, color theory, and contemporary mark-making—while deepening your understanding of composition, scale, and pictorial space.
