In March 2023, Evergreen Solutions, LLC, National Public Sector Consultant with Higher Education Expertise, was engaged to conduct a Faculty and Staff Compensation Review with the following goals:
- Review current compensation system to ensure internal equity
- Survey peer organizations and review secondary data to ensure external equity
- Produce recommendations to provide the University with a compensation system that is equitable, both internally and externally.
The compensation review project was completed in FY24 with year one of the multi-year implementation beginning July 1, 2024 (FY25).
