Located just south of the Susan E. Bauernfeind Wellness Center on the residential side of campus, the four-story building is estimated at roughly 88,000 square feet and will include more than 250 beds along with a dining concept, various learning spaces including a student success center, meeting spaces, a classroom and study rooms with a combination of private, semi-private and open areas. Funding for the $38 million project was allocated by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Impact

The new facility will further modernize student housing while meeting the needs of an increasing number of students who are choosing to live on campus.

Estimated Project Timeframe

Fall 2025 through Winter 2027
