Mason Hall Renovations
Mason Hall contains over 31,000 square feet comprised of classrooms, labs and offices that are used by the College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Renovations to Mason Hall include ADA accessibility into the building and restrooms, HVAC updates, Building Automation System controls, electrical upgrades as well as general interior finish upgrades in multiple public areas including flooring, walls and ceilings. Primary funding was secured by the state legislature for asset preservation needs.
Impact
With the nursing program moving into Jackson Hall, Mason Hall’s renovations will accommodate the new Associate of Science in dental hygiene program which will include a dental hygiene clinic, dental materials labs and a dental hygiene simulation lab. These renovations will also assist our exercise science and public and community health programs with state-of-the-art exercise science labs and classrooms.
