This includes moving the building off of central steam with stand-alone hot water boilers for heating. Also included within the proposed scope is repair to the building envelope in the form of masonry tuckpointing with moisture mitigation. The project is funded through the State Asset Preservation Pool from the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
