Racer Wellness is excited for employees to continue engaging with our employee wellness platform, Sonic Boom Wellness, providing a fresh resource to health and well-being for our faculty and staff. Sonic Boom launched September 16, 2025 and all employees enrolled in the Wellness Pledge have access to all of the platform features. You may access the Sonic Boom Wellness platform through the Benefits card on MyGate.
The wellness platform offers a wide range of user-friendly features designed to support your personal health journey, including:
- Wellness Pledge completion tracking
- Mobile app access for convenience on the go
- Device integration to sync with your fitness trackers
- On-demand free fitness programs to fit your schedule
- Personal goals and trackers to help you stay on target
- Educational videos and content for continuous learning
- Health Assessment tool to help identify and manage health risks
- Spouse access
