Biography

Melinda Paul is an Adjunct at Murray State University. Music has been a part of her life from the age of 5 when she began piano lessons. When she was a HS Junior, she knew she wanted to teach music. Melinda Paul's career began in Portageville, MO, continued in Fulton Co., KY, and she retired from Hickman Co., after 31 total years.

While she spent most of her career in elementary music, she also taught Middle School Arts & Humanities. Melinda Paul was assistant to several band directors and directed several church choirs. She also taught MUS105 for 3 HS dual credit academies. Meinda Paul is excited to join the MSU Music Department as an adjunct professor.
